The place needs new employees and management! They accept online and mobile app orders after they close. The store closes at 11, Google says 12. You have to wait 7-10 days to get a refund after not receiving your order!
Before I begin, Sonic as a whole isn't bad. HOWEVER, this location has horrible service. We turned up at this Pearland Sonic, thinking we were gonna some food. We asked for a moment to look at the menu, and after deciding, we waited a while for them to come back. "Hello?? Hello?!?" We said, but there was no response.
