Disappointed. I rarely come here and now most likely will never come again. Nobody anwserd the microphone so i pulled up to the first window only to see an employee sitting on their phone. i had wave and raise my voice to get his attention. Once i finally got his attention he yelled the f word i believe and walked off.I pulled up to the second window and the lady actually took my order calmly but while i was waiting for my shake another lady with black glasses came up to the window side eyed me with an attitude and proceeded to mumble and walk off. Came here around 9:05 and it is currently 9:30 and i'm still waiting on a 3 tenders literally. I would get it if it was busy but there's barely anybody here. Tighten up whataburger this is unacceptable!

Always slow. Food always mid. Employees are generally unfriendly. "Fast" food line always makes you pull to front even if no one else in line so they can lie about how quick they served you. Then you sit there for 5-10 mins. Even when it's not busy.Whataburger used to be about the people and the food. It's just another chain now, but they refuse to take on any of the chain mentality with their process. They wanna still run it like it's a good ol eatery but it's just a McDonald's clone at this point. a VERY SLOW McDonald's, at this point

Service is horrible. Wait time is horrible. Everything about this store is horrible. And don't go through drive thru because you'll be waiting a lifetime for them to bring your food out to at the side door because they don't want you waiting at the window messing up their time. Smh waited over 15 mins for a kids
Not worth my time to explain everything that was wrong my order. Just don't go here because it's not a typical whataburger experience.
