While the food is good, there is always something wrong with the order. Like something left out or a meal not made the way we asked for it (through the app or in person). The only guarantee is that somehow or someway the order is going to be messed up. It's annoying to have to go back every time and ask for something that me or my family had already paid for. Just be ready to make a trip back up to the register or through the line so they can fix their mistake.
My favorite location ever! The people are always nice and my order is always correct.I just wish they would get a pebble ice machine?.I live on the 288 side of town and will drive to the 35 location because it's service is that much better than the 2 on my side of town.

Always slow. Food always mid. Employees are generally unfriendly. "Fast" food line always makes you pull to front even if no one else in line so they can lie about how quick they served you. Then you sit there for 5-10 mins. Even when it's not busy.Whataburger used to be about the people and the food.
