Brisket is moist, tender, and rich in flavor well worth your money. Staff was really nice and welcoming even the restroom here is nice and clean. Definitely will come back whenever I pass by pearsall.
I have been picking up bbq at this place for 3 years and it’s definitely my bbq spot for brisket, Cole slaw, potato salad, and beans. I like to order food ahead of time as well when I have company so that I don’t have to cook. I would recommend this place anytime. You can order whole plates now with 2 sides, not just the meat by the pound. This makes ordering so much easier!

We eat BBQ all over the world. The BBQ is good, not great. They were sold out of everything but brisket and turkey. We usually get pulled pork or brisket, so brisket it was. Brisket was pretty good (a little on the dry side), but the bbq sauce was close to perfect. The sauce was not too sweet or to vinegary. We always get the Coleslaw.
