But I tried Ms. Tonya's cornbread dressing and I have tried her Chitterlings and I must say I am very impressed. They were both delicious and I will be calling on her again. They even went out of their way to bring dessert for our dietary restriction guests labeled with their names. “Walked in on a whim and was not disappointed. Super helpful staff that brightened up my day with their smiles. I was surprised when I ate a sample because I did not get a blast of sugar. Instead a subtle flavor that started building in complexity and deliciousness the more it melted in your mouth. My girlfriend's eyes became bigger the more she chewed haha. “I recently moved into the area a few months ago and found this place not to far from my house. They do trivia every Thursday and it has become our households biweekly activity. I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere and how delicious all of their food is. The view tex martini is my number one order and well worth the price. “I was behind the "Snappy Snacks" truck in South Austin traffic and watched the driver hand out sandwiches to several homeless people. The sandwiches were well received, seemed to light up the faces of several people otherwise not having a great day. It's nice to see kindness in our city once in awhile.“
