Catered jerk chicken, ox tails, rice n peas, plantains, steamed cabbage and desserts (banana cake and carrot cake) for a large corporate Black History Month celebration. Yaad Style Nyammings was one of three black owned companies that catered for our 350 person group and was a crowd favorite. Steve was very professional. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STEVE AS A PROFESSIONAL CHEF. HE CATERED MY WEDDING AND THE FOOD WAS PHENOMINAL. GUESTS ARE STILL RAVING ABOUT THE OXTAIL, FISH, CHICKEN, SHRIMP, BEEF AND ALL ACCOMPANYING SIDES. THE FOOD WAS HOT. DELICOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WILL HIRE STEVE AGAIN FOR MY NEXT EVENT AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO THE SAME.

I highly recommend that you utilize Steve's professional catering services for your next event or gathering. We employed Steve for our reception and the results were amazing. The food was full of flavor and enjoyed by all.
