Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Burger was great, but we also got the 2 meat sampler with chicken and ribs, both meats were so good. What really got me was the baked potato with brisket. Brisket was so just and flavorful , and large portions. I'll be craving Red's now. The sides were also great (love the creamed corn). This is a super random spot for a BBQ place/food truck, but also makes it fun and quirky which are two of my favorite things.
The potato salad changed. I liked the yellow potato salad they used to have that tasted similar to Rudy's better. I don't like the new one they had my most recent visit. Everything is great! Love the ribs and chicken. Great service!!!

My sis found this gem when I was looking to get some BBQ to go. I initially thought it was cash only, but it appears they do take cards. The highlights here is the brisket. Well flavored, moist was definitely on point and decent rub. The cream corn was definitely creamy with whole kernels, the beans are ranch style. The chopped meat is also satisfying.
