They tried to give me food that they accidentally gave to someone else and completely forgot my order after they told me to park in the front when some one else had my space. They need to pay attention to what they are doing and make sure they read the tickets before giving food out.

Went to cash in my credit and gave them my name but when I couldn’t recall the manger I spoke with, employees became very impatient and rude. when they finally brought the order out, manager ANA PEREZ refused to take my order for two iced coffees and didn’t wear her name tag so when I asked for her name she refused. I let her know I would be contacting her supervisor after her extremely rude manner and she laughed at my face and said “I don’t care” and slammed the window in my face. I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes but no one ever came back. I then went inside and she told the employee at the cashier to not give//sell us anything and began to laugh with two other elder employees. I felt very unwelcome and completely dissatisfied. I noticed after I wrote down the supervisors information she called him and suddenly put on her name tag.

Can anyone tell me why the ice cream machine is being clean at 9:45 PM? We even called ahead of time if the had ice cream and they said yes. When we got there they said the machine is being cleaned.Feb. 4, 2024Decided to give a second chance after a long while. It got worst. When we got our order the fries were missing. It took them 7 min to bring out the fries. There weren't many people. It was a family of four and us. We had to tell the employees twice where we're our fries. They brought them out once we had finished our burger. What upseted us the most is that they didn't even apologize.
