“If the service was better they would get 5 stars! We have to get up to get our own silverware, to go boxes and they never return to ask you if you need napkins or refills. We called out to our waitress multiple times for her to assist us and she sat on her buttocks gossiping with her coworker. Alright lady I hope you enjoy your tip but don't expect another one. We would rather request a new or different waitress from now on. Idk if this is a family run buisness but they need to do better as their food is slacking in quality. If we have a bad time, the food will also taste bad and the entire experience is spoiled. Your buisness can be put on the line by bad behavior from your staff and I hope the owners don't want that to happen. I also understand that everyone has bad days, but I am a reoccurring customer for years! And I've finally had enough.“

“We have always liked the food at Papa Nachos and visit often. However; yesterday afternoon we ordered our favorite, the Taxco, and it seemed to have changed. The food seemed to be different, had no flavor, and was warm, but not the usual hot. We have always loved this meal because it is consistent in flavor and is always served hot. “My husband and I had the best waiter James at the Mt. Pleasant, TX restaurant. The burgers and fries were delicious and the chips and salsa were also delicious. James was not only working the bar but also taking orders and bringing them to the table and he did a fantastic job taking care of us. A big congratulations goes out to this young man. He not only works but is in school and will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Not only is he a hard worker at Chili's but a very smart young man. If you get the chance to visit Mt. Pleasant Chili's ask for James and you will not be disappointed.“
