Employees need to educated on service dog laws. Store policy does not trump Federal laws or the ADA guidelines. A person with a trained service dog cannot be turned away or told they are not allowed to dine in- this is illegal and a form of discrimination. Very disappointed.
This place is the worst. They don't take phone orders to go. You have to get online and go through and annoying series of steps to order a sandwich and then wait 35 minutes for them to make it even though they opened 3 minutes ago. Last time I was there the place was filthy. I emailed the manager and he said. " sorry about that." This place clearly does not value the customer or customer service.
