First, I want to say the cake balls were good, my rating is based off the lack of customer service. I sent in a picture of what I was wanting for a quote, and was given a quote. The design had cake balls on both ends, and was under the impression that the two cake balls would just be one split in half between the two sides. We used Cake Bites for our gender reveal, and everything was perfect. They were great at communicating and really went above and beyond for us. We'd definitely use them for other events in the future!!!!
