“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”

The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!”

“I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!”

We were helped by Mae, and she was absolutely wonderful! She is an outstanding employee—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. If anyone from Whataburger in Plano is reading this, you should definitely give her a raise! She is hardworking, dedicated, and truly an asset to your team.

“A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. It is so refreshing to see a Whataburger location that takes pride in their restaurant and their jobs and are nice to their customers.”

They were about 80 to 90 miles from where I lived in Columbus but, now that I live in Texas it’s my new favorite fast food restaurant love the tacos love the teriyaki bowls love Jack’s”

I'd ordered from this Ihop through Doordash while waiting at the super nearby Baylor Heart Hospital's ER with my mom. Thankfully she was ok and got discharged but before the doordash order was set to be delivered to the ER. I sent my dasher a message informing her so but that we were willing to meet her at Ihop and save her the trip. No response. I called my dasher. No response. I get to the restaurant and turns out the dasher had taken the food anyway and left the order as in progress on Doordash... The ladies at Ihop were completely blameless but apologetic all the same. They quickly decided to remake the order without a second thought. They were kind enough to bring it out to the car where I was dealing with Doordash customer service while waiting with my hungry mom - and fast. Thank you ladies for turning a rough night into a pleasant exchange, yall are sweethearts that spread hope in humanity no matter how simple it might have seemed. My sincerest thank yous! Oh and that meal back home was absolutely delicious, compliments to you all!”

My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. “We tried this place today for the first time. We noticed it after finishing lunch at a restaurant within the shopping center. The inside is pretty and I love that the sign inside says it is all made from scratch. There are many choices; more than I expected. You can order a slice of cake, cupcakes, or a whole cake. We bought a couple of different flavors- Oreo and red velvet cupcakes plus coconut and chocolate strawberry slices. $24 + the credit card machine asks if you want to tip. The woman assisting us said the cupcakes were sold 2 at a time. Apparently you can’t get a single cupcake?? Her demeanor was all business and she seemed impatient as we ordered. My son ate his Oreo cupcake incredibly fast. Not surprising for a kid but he gave it his stamp of approval. My red velvet cupcake was delicious. It didn’t have a rum cake taste, but the frosting was light and not overly sweet. The actual cupcake was moist and flavorful. We have yet to eat our 2 slices but expect they will be equally as good. Hopefully the next time we go, we’ll get better service. The service is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I considered only doing 3 stars but figured I’d give the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day.”

I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!”

We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!”

“My wife and I were staying the night at The Domain, and knew that Haywire had recently opened, so we decided to book a table for the evening. On entry, it’s obvious there’s a heavy Western theme. There’s cow hide on the chairs, some of the servers were in cowboy hats and wranglers, longhorn’s hung on the wall…the whole nine. The unusual thing about the décor, is that there’s also shelves holding bits of old technology, books and toys. The external black brick and shaded yellow accent lights is a color theme I like a lot….looks very slick. The overall look is slick, with a casual yet stylistic atmosphere with nice mood lighting. Anyways, on to the food! We started with the Crispy Pork Belly Bites…they were good. The sweet honey glaze, pickled fresnos and charred mandarins give it a sweet, tasty and smoky flavor. For my main, I had the bone-in cowboy ribeye with charred broccolini. I asked for medium rare, but it came out more medium and I wasn’t that keen on the broccolini. My wife went with the petite filet and tallow fries….the fries were really nice. We used to cook our “chips” in beef dripping back in the day as a kid in England, which is essentially what beef tallow is. I finished off with the Whiskey Bread Pudding, which is made with crossiants and topped with caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. VERY NICE!!! Everything is sourced locally, too. Service was fast and friendly, so I can’t fault them there either. It’s not cheap, though. Price-wise, it’s between Paul Martin’s and Perry’s Steakhouse. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and will be back again.”

We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. Plus it’s connected to a hotel. My overall impression The Shark Club is a fun and clean atmosphere. The staff was communicative, helpful, and the service was everything I needed and more. Food is amazing as well. Tacos, parmesan tots, and the lettuce wraps were a few of the favorites. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommend and we will be back!”

The wait staff was very attentive and what we didn't know was how big the portions are for their rolls. We ended up ordering way too much food and had plenty of leftovers to bring home. My daughter spilled some water and the staff was so patient and kind, they cleaned it up so quickly and brought lots of napkins to help. Banchan items are all very delicious and makes its own meal. Hot rice, with blazing army stew, full of noodles and various meats. The broth is spicy, and we'll rounded. Beef bulgogi and pork ribs are truly divine. Tender neat, excellent spice, and you are in bliss. Seafood pancake is very good but I really dislike a whole she'll on uncleaned shrimp in there. That is such a major turn off but I keep coming back. Alcohol selection is poor, limited to beer and korean soju. Nonetheless food is excellent”

However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”
