The last Chick-fil-a I visited in Plano was not good. I went there for the Mango Passion tea. They will only allow you to purchase a kid size cup; then, the cup they gave me BARELY had any Mango flavor. I am so done.

The staff was SUPET friendly even though the dining room closed at 9, and we ran in at 8:55 and didn't purchase anything right off! I was so grateful! The restroom was clean, and I was very satisfied.

I usually stop by for breakfast and a lunch salad on my way to work once a week. They're always efficient and friendly.
I went to get my food at the drive through window and the girl was extremely rude she rolled her eyes at me after I thanked her for giving us our food she also did not give us our drinks or say the signature "my pleasure " I am unbelievably disappointed because I frankly love this chain but just can't believe the customer service at this location
