The elderly asian cleaning lady is spectacular at her job and shes nice as hell.The food however is very poorly lacking courtesy of the staff being children who dont care about their jobs. CiCi's has always been a spot to get decent quality pizza buffet for low price but now they have lowered the quality to piss poor and increased the price. Because that makes sense right...? Another day another dollar(down the drain)

Phenomenal experience, we were the last ones out at 10:10pm and the 4 gentlemen working were super nice. They need to give that boy with the mullet a raise he has excellent customer service.

We are huge CIcis pizza lovers. This is one of the worst locations. The staff is all over the place and I put in an order and they totally forgot until I came to them twice to order.

We were greeted by this sign, and it was all downhill from here. We've visited this location many times and this visit was the worst ever. There were several people working this day, none of whom appeared to really care about their job. I could give more specifics, but it would be too detailed. This location also sees a lot of students as school let's out so we try to avoid this location between 3 and 5, but now we'll avoid this location altogether. The people at Coit and Park are much, much nicer and more professional. I highly suggest trying that location over this one if that's an option.

The food was horrible. The pizza looked old and under cooked the crust was still white . It seemed as if it been sitting out for a while. The salad was too dark! No pasta for the spaghetti also. The tables dirty. It needs new management ASAP!!!

Always waiting on food. Took 30 minutes from the time of arrival until the buffet was full. Line of 10 people consistently waiting. It was 20 minutes until we could get our request. Same experience the last several visits.
