There was some kind of weird glitch where I place an online order and I got an error message it didn't go through but I had a pending charge on my card. When I called about it I was met with an extremely rude male worker who thought I ordered through Uber eats and said they have no control over it and hung up in my face. The owner is a delight. She will even make you any pizza exactly the way you like. Her suggestion on crusts or Flatbread or even toppings, that go together, is amazingly knowledge. Her name is Sara. I know every cicis makes you a pizza but she handles with care and even makes sure to find you when it's hot or the oven.
