I just had the best quesadilla in my entire life. It was packed with more meat than my last 3 Quesadillas combined. Must have had four different meats, maybe 5. Amazing flavors and this CRAZY food truck will now be a regular stop for me.
We stopped by on a Thursday night because Taqueria Los Angeles was closed for an employee day, and I was still craving some authentic burritos. I always see the food truck here late at night, sometimes with a long line so I had to find out what the hype was. The food truck smelled good when approaching, and the menu looks simple.
