Purchased 2 pizzas 1/26/24, both pizzas were considerably over cooked! Cheese could actually be peeled off pizzas! Went back for refund and manager apologized and said that work day was very busy... a refund made to my debit card but it's "still pending" 3 days later! Also, my receipt amount ($15.13) is different than the price ($16.21) that Domino's actually posted to my account...which was a $1.08 more?? Calling manager today for answers...Please check and recheck your purchases against your account postings, don't understand how posted amount is more than purchased amount??

My pizza and wings were ordered at 6:22. It is currently 7:38 and my order is still not here! I have called twice. Online it says they delivered at 7:02 but that is not true. Dominos is my favorite pizza because the thin and crispy crust is perfect. I am sad about this situation.

I ordered delivery via the App. Then, I received a notificated my food was delivered and the app also said the food was delivered. I have a camera doorbell so I’d know if someone actually came to my door. I called the store and they claimed they were having an issue with the delivery button but my food was still on the way. I never received my food. The worker sounded young and didn’t seem to care anyway so I decided to report the issue to customer service instead.

Food was ok, sadly the toppings were more decorative than filling.Note to management, when the price per topping is based on the pizza size, you have no excuse to downscale the toppings.

This is the second time for bad service. Plano spring creek needs to teach workers to be respectful. They told us our burned pizza will come out that way. We had them make us a new one. No sorry no reimbursement seeing we had to find the store. They would not answer the phone. This will ne the last time we eat there.

I am frustrated that I had to go inside the store for a car side delivery. They paused the tracker in the app said I had got my pizza, but after several minutes I still was waiting. I ended up going inside and they told me my pizza had just been finished packaging, but I am confused as to why they updated my order as completed then?
