The food was tasty! My Cabbage was a little cold, but I ate it. I ordered the curry chicken which was the Tuesday special - but not if you want white meat. One of the most expensive dishes on the menu is oxtails and I was told by my lunch crew that they were very good. Set the expectation that you won't get an abundance of oxtails in the serving. Our 2nd visit and consistent with the first. They LOAD up the plate so you get what you pay for. Its not just quantity either, the food here is good! Service is good too and mixed with a little Jamaican spice so..."don't start none, won't be none!". Now, you may have to wait a bit for them to prepare it right, so adjust your watch to "Island Time", grab a beverage from the cooler (pay for it!!!), then have a seat and listen to some good music in the bar area.

The food is delicious. Serving traditional Guyanese dishes. Ordered a tray of goat, oxtail and cow foot pepperpot that was excellent. Snapper curry on point. There dhal purrie is also delicious with beef curry. Overall good home cooked GT delicacies!
