I have eaten at this location for a while and I have had an issue here or there but don’t ever complain. Sometimes I have great sandwiches but I feel more often lately they have been worse. Today I was overall disappointed. The delivery fee went up to 4.99, my sandwich was subpar and while I did get the extra tomatoes I asked for, I felt it was really lacking on everything else that was supposed to be in there. I also chose to try one of those peppermint cookies and it was the worst cookie I’ve ever eaten and had to throw it away. It was wet and greasy and didn’t even taste like peppermint. I paid 20 dollars for a lunch that I wasn’t very happy with. Will be taking a break from Jimmy Johns for a while.

I can see why they were so quick with my order today. I opened my sandwich up and only two slices of meat were on it. At that point why even carve a chunk out of the bread!? I'll be going to other places that actually give you what you paid for from now on.

I redeemed my free sandwich that was given due to this same store previous issues I had with them. Same guy was there tonight and again no customers in sight, just me. I was told he was wasn’t done with orders and I had to wait which I was fine with. I paid extra for bacon on my sandwich and there is no bacon and my meat is old and looks like there is something growing on it. Again my time wasted and a sandwich I can’t eat, that ordered for pickup on my way home from work(THIS WAS MY DINNER). Considering I had to wait and no customers were there I figured my order would be correct and fresh but it’s a complete waste. I’m beyond livid at this point for some reason this location just can’t get right especially when I go at night. Today is my very last time visiting this location.
