I have eaten at this location for a while and I have had an issue here or there but don’t ever complain. Sometimes I have great sandwiches but I feel more often lately they have been worse. Today I was overall disappointed. The delivery fee went up to 4.99, my sandwich was subpar and while I did get the extra tomatoes I asked for, I felt it was really lacking on everything else that was supposed to be in there. I got charged $20 for a sub here. No receipt. Asked for it to be cut in thirds that didn’t happen. Asked for extra pickles. That didn’t happen. Also had to repeat my order 3 times. once at the mic twice at the window. And most importantly. No. Receipt. Disappointing. I drive far out of my way to come to this location bc it’s always been the best (plus the drive thru). I won’t be back. I'm usually going to this JImmy Johns on my way to work. I notice the same guy is always there when I pick up my sandwich.
