“Chicken is almost always fresh. This mean sometimes you have to wait. Floor is one of the better ones in DFW. Tables could be wiped down a bit more frequently, but aren't terrible. Staff is excellent though and orders are usually correct.Parking: Lots of free spots and next to very large parking area for trucks and trailers.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots across from door and ramp looks fairly easy to use.“

I had to eat them dry because it was too far to go back & get the sauces.When I called the location to tell them they'd forgotten part of my order, they never answered their phone & the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message.Poor form KFC! ?“
“Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, when I say they put a pinch of sauce on the sandwich, they put a pinch lol. Y’all wrong and you know it. Please add enough sauce for people to enjoy their meal. It was still good but I was disappointed to open it and see a pinch of sauce. I was also charged for someone else’s order but it was rectified on the spot.“
