This place is closed. Why are they closing down locations? First, Cold Stone, now Paciugo. This is the 2nd location in Plano they close, I’m running out of place to buy good Ice Cream/ Gelatos.

Business owner does not update hours on Google My Business. They closed at 9pm instead of 11pm like Google Maps said. Instead they stuck with a sign on the door instead of them updating Google and Yelp Biz.

So I'm an out of stater and I was looking for some authentic gelato (because I've been to Italy before so I know good gelato) and I've got to say I think paciugo has got it! Like Italy who? Got the salted caramel and *chef kiss* literally Italy in a cup! Don't even get me started on the customer service I was helped by a small emo girl with pink hair and let me just say don't judge a book by its cover! I thought she would be the typical angsty teen but no she was such a sweetheart and so patient! Italy better watch their backs cause a storm is coming and it's called Paciugo! Will be coming back here for sure next time I'm in town! :)

We lived in Tucson which is home of Frost Gelato. This is just as good if not better! The prices are reasonable and the serving portions are fantastic. We will be back!!!

Good gelato here with lots of flavor in each option you choose. The only complaint is I wish they spent more time cleaning off tables. Almost every time I come in the tables are dirty and sticky.
I used to stop by here everyday before my shift at RA. I remember why I always came...I love gelato. Now having been able to taste true Italian gelato in Italy, I'd say this place is almost close. This particular location though will always be special bc my friends all used to work here...I like how the new staff isn't stingy with the scoops!

The large gelato bar allows numerous flavors. That choice makes this a must visit. I try to have a three flavor cup with one new flavor and two of my favorites.

I love this little spot. Their frutti di bosco is delicious. It's not a very big spot, but is a great place to pick up a cool treat after dinner at one of the other restaurants
