Slow service. Now that they put the cups in the back, it's such a hassle to get your sip cup. Whether you order it via the kiosk or the app, the people in the back stand around as if they don't have an order to fulfill. I can't wait for my sip cup subscription to end. Waste of time.

I haven't been in Panera in years. A lot has changed. No customer service. No counter service. It's no longer a pleasure to go. It's a common desk with a kiosk. I wanted to dine in that was misinterpreted.

Absolutely the last visit! Kitchen backed up with delivery order. Poor management decision kept consumers eating in waiting over 45 minutes to receive their order. After nearly an hour and my order was not even viewable by the Kitchen, I proceeded to get a refund. Apparently the Kitchen can only view 7 orders at a time. Customers very upset by the waiting. Not even an apology from management! Big orders are important for business but so are customers face yo face. The Kitchen should have had two teams one working delivery and the other team working in house orders. Very poor planning. I'm done with what was once a good lunch opportunity.

Bad experience at this Panera in Feb. 2024. Not only have they increased prices while decreasing portion size (my you pick two mac and cheese was maybe one measuring cup of mac and cheese for over $5...), the restaurant also smelled dirty and bad in general, was a bit unclean, and there was a roach walking around while we ate. I informed staff, who got the roach and put it outside, but did not offer anything in the way of a free drink/pastry/etc., just said sorry and moved along. Would not suggest going to this location.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!They really need to pay attention to the orders they prepare. I got a Mediterranean Warm bowl with chicken that came with NO CHICKEN and some of the other ingredients were missing from the order.

This used to be a good place for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Today there were very limited pastries, light roast coffe was cold and dark roast had half a cup left.

The food is pretty good and nice restaurant but I needed a sheet of brown paper to take half of sandwich home. Ignored at the register and then went to food delivery window and bigger guy just ignored me for 3or 4 minutes. A older shorter guy came and asked me if I needed anything. Not a very customer service friendly place. I like most locations. I will not be back.

Part of the benefit of joining the sip club is the convince of getting the cup and going on your way after signing in. Now you have to wait for them to get it and the wait can be long if they're busy. Annoying.
