“I had been trying to place an order through Postmates for like half of the day and it was not taking it. I called about 10 times and got Vernon every time and let me tell you! I am so happy I did! He provided the best customer experience I have had in a very long time!!! He was so kind and patient with me. Even if the cupcakes were just OKAY, which they weren’t, they were phenomenal. I would still give them my business, because of Vernon! My order ended up being through Uber Eats which he suggested and then he sent it out to be delivered to me and packaged it beautifully with a very sweet and genuine card! He had no idea but I actually had been having a really bad few weeks and his kindness and effort could not have come at a more perfect time. “Beautiful looking Cakes, Very appealing Store and Fantastic People. I needed a cake for my mom's birthday within a day. Chef sat with us asked for the concept and made a wonderful looking cake that tasted delicious. Definitely recommend Los Merlas Bakery for your celebrations ?“
“This is the best bakery in DFW. I’ve tried a lot of croissants in the area and the one from Cremcrittos has been the best by a long shot - perfectly buttery and flaky but still soft. Get there early as they close when they run out of goods which is most days (and with good reason).“
“Quite a nice pastry/gelato place here in Dallas. We bought a Trois Chocolat to go and it was really good. We were also hoping to get the Tiramisu but that was sold out.There is a nice place outside the shop to sit, chill and relax with your pastry or coffee.Overall, a good pastry shop!“
“Good assortment of savory and sweet breads. My favorite was the salted butter bread, sugar cream cheese brioche, and spinach kale danish. The inside gets pretty busy during peak hours. The line was a bit long the 3 times I went to this location. It can get a little rowdy if you are trying to look for a cafe to study. I would more recommend coming here to grab fresh treats and go.“
