“I placed an order online and my order was ready to go when I got there. The pizza had the right amount of sauce on it and the garlic cheese sticks tasted fantastic! I had also ordered a 2 liter drink and it was already in a bag ready to go for me . I thought that was very nice and unexpected. The people that work here are very nice and they always greet you and provide you with good service.“

When I saw their prices were pretty much the same as ALL the others I ordered and am very happy I did, the pizza tasted better than dominos it was hot yet not almost burnt like Domino's and my thin crust pizza was cut like a pizza should be cut , so I will be ordering from pizza Hut from now on.Thank you pizza hut.And the delivery driver was very very nice with a big genuine smile“
“Monday January 2024 - Pizza Hut on 2119 Parker in Plano 75023 - getting slammed but pushing those Pizzas out.Had good experience after trying to order a pizza for take out on their main customer service number - not so good there but when I got to the Plano Pizza Hut /Plano 75023 direct number and talked to Roger - good things happened -Even after been short on help and being slammed on a cold icy evening in Plano - him team was doing all they could to take care of their customer. My order was a take out order - son picking up. Roger did all he could to take care of me on my phone order - even with his card payment system not igoing well.Thanks a bunch for you customer service Roder and thanks to your lady at the oven pushing out my supper supreme pizza.Always been happy with this Pizza Hut location on Parker Road Plano Texas 75023.Will leaving a bigger better tip next time I get a take out pizza there and a big thank you.Thanks - Pizza was real good on this icy cold January night.“

“Pizzas here are very fresh and tasty as always. Last week when I visited them, there was a miscommunication in my order and they delivered cheese pizza instead of cheese sticks. When I pointed this, the manager very politely apologized refunded the amount, and also prepared cheese sticks fresh again and gave it to us for free. It’s not about the free stuff that we got, but the compassion of the employees to ensure the customer is satisfied makes it more valuable.“
