Jose and the rest of the Team were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman next to me was extremely impressed as were the rest of the patrons. Everyone working was hustling, including the manager. Food was great. Would highly recommend.

Jose and the staff at Prairie Fire have become my home away from home when I travel to DFW every two months. They’re welcoming, warm, and expert mixologists. I choose to stay at Hilton Dallas Plano Granite Park every time, and evangelize about how great this bar is to anyone that will listen!

Just under three weeks ago, I came here with two friends as one was having a "staycation" at the Hilton Granite Park. At first, we didn't quite know where to sit because the restaurant is in the lobby and because not all seats attach to the bar, but we received service within five minutes of sitting at a table in front of the bar. I ordered the chicken asada tacos with a house salad, and I'm so glad I did! I'd describe the tacos as "loaded," but they were with great ingredients and flavors. The salad and salsa both were wonderful accompaniments to the dish, and I also decided to try the chocolate–salted caramel cake for dessert, which was equally delicious. Moreover, our server, Jose-Luis, was fantastic! He ensured all three of us were satisfied and regularly checked in with us during the span of our dinner. Consequently, I'd happily return here if I had the chance and recommend anyone staying at the Hilton try a meal at the Prairie Fire Bar. Excellent place!

We went down to the Prairie Fire Bar in the Hilton hotel and had the pleasure of meeting Jose Luis who helped us all night with our food and drinks. He is an absolute dream to help me and my husband enjoy the last night of our honeymoon to the fullest. Despite the fact that he was swamped with demanding customers he made sure to personalize our experience with recommendations and asking us questions about our taste to make sure we had the best experience possible. Could not recommend anyone better to have helped us! Thank you Jose Luis for a truly amazing evening!

Prairie Fire Bar is fire! No, really-it's the place to hang out with your travel-weary colleagues at the hotel after a long day of work. I know this because I've thrown back many a drink at this bar under such conditions.The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bartender, Jose, knows our group well-to the point where he knows our orders and keeps the drinks flowing. I'm not sure if I should be grateful or ashamed. I've never tried food here, just the drinks. I'm not sure they even offer food, really. But when you're hanging out in the hotel lobby or the adjacent bar, you can guarantee that your beverage of choice is readily available.
