The wait staff has and is very great awesome above anything I have seen before. The manager is awesome goes above and beyond his duties and responsibilities. It's something I totally remember and respect here! Superb support and awesome.
Jose and the staff at Prairie Fire have become my home away from home when I travel to DFW every two months. They’re welcoming, warm, and expert mixologists. I choose to stay at Hilton Dallas Plano Granite Park every time, and evangelize about how great this bar is to anyone that will listen!

Jose and the rest of the Team were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman next to me was extremely impressed as were the rest of the patrons. Everyone working was hustling, including the manager. Food was great. Would highly recommend.
