Obviously cannot follow directions! Made an online order through the app. Everything I asked for was left off and they made the sandwich THEY wanted to make and NOTwhat I asked for. Avoid this location!!

I had very bad experience today. The grumpy man on the counter didn’t listen to me. I told him that there is a piece of meat on cheese and I don’t want that as i am vegetarian. He start arguing me that there is no piece and he said that if you don’t want you can skip cheese part. His tone was very harsh. If you people don’t want to serve to vegetarian or allergic persons then write that out of your shop.And at the end Grumpy man said ok if you don’t want no need to take it. When I walked out he said to me loudly have a good day. Please show some respect to your costumers.

UPDATE: I think a problem with online orders is the app. Because when I went to pick up my sandwich, it had only been about maybe 30 minutes but it felt like it was done way before just because it wasn’t as warm which means it was sitting there just for a little bit & the app never updated me on the progress of making the sandwich it still says delivered. It says nothing about being made. And I’ve already picked it up. the app needs to be fixed. Employee on 7/3/23 was very niceDon’t order online if you are in a hurry. Night time seems to be the slowest and longest for them to make your sandwich. They don’t pay attention to online orders.the first time I used online order they hadn’t made it and I waited and waited while they made others sandwiches. What’s the point of online ordering if they aren’t going to pay attention. Gos forbid you even try to deliver. I can’t imagine how long that would take. Understaffed but employees are nice that I have come into contact with. However they don’t seem happy which is a shame

Ordered through mobile for pickup. Sandwich missing cheese. Supposed to be 2x cheese. Barely a few strands. Brought into store and employee really conflictual. Did not want to fix it or remake. Showed her sandwich. The last 5-10 sandwiches (mostly same sandwich no modifications) has been messed up at all Subways I have gone to. Same sub, same order. Something is always wrong, mostly cheese or bacon missing. Very rude employee today, hostile. Definitely not wanting my business. Told me next time I come in, get it right essentially. It was a mobile order no modifications. Also unable to do feedback from receipt for free cookie. This store cannot enter on receipt so review here.

Place is run by incompetent foreigners. Instead of just telling me that an online order that I came to pick up wasn’t ready after I informed them about it, the rude employee just walks away and proceeds to start making sandwiches for other customers until I literally had to ask was it ready or not. After she tells me she has 15 minutes to make it, I just walked out. Customers aren’t informed about the order online being online until after it was supposed to be made. So they basically were dragging their foots and not doing what they were supposed to do. I can’t deal with minimum wage employees. Unprofessional ones at that.

This place is horrible they act like im not entitled to change my mind on cheese, trying to charge me extra and I didn't even touch the food, Ingrid is the girls name, horrible customer service, they don't even have a manager, worst experience ever.

This was our very first visit at this location. We had a very pleasant experience. We even went back the next day. Although there was only one person to serve customers and runs the store she did a very good job. She hadn't prepared my sandwiches before I arrived the first day yet, that was okay. She was efficient, organized, sanitary, kind, and welcoming. She was even better the very next day when I arrived my sandwiches were ready. The only thing I would have liked was a to be able to request wheat bread there was none available on the online menu; that's was the only change I would have made. She was superb the next day. We purchased 6 footlong sandwiches total 3 each day and We looking forward to our next visit?.Vegetarian options: There are vegetables so you can purchase a salad. Made at your choice and selection of vegetables and dressing.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and they have high chairs.Parking: Front door parking and extremely huge parking lot shared with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think they have front door wheelchair accessible parking yet there are some on this parking lot.

Dude working at 3pm on Thursday didn’t even know what goes in the sandwich. Ask for BMT. Tries to put 1 piece of ham in the sandwich, then puts 2 pieces of spicy salami and that’s it. Then i told him he didn’t even put everything in it at the end. Proceeded to tell me im wrong and then opens the sandwich and sees it’s missing stuff. Then lazily stuff the rest in . Trash and going to the others if I even go back. The great outdoors >> subway

Didn’t even speak to me as I stood at the counter while she made 10 sandwiches from on online order. Who cares about the online order when you have someone standing right in front of you? And to not even say “just a minute” or literally even anything. This subway and their minimum wage employees are pathetic
