Sushi Envy is probably one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I LOVE the conveyer belt of sushi. My sister introduced me to this place and we always leave with our stomachs stuffed. At one of my visits, I was taking apart my chopsticks and they were uneven. I usually get them even and it bothers me when they aren't. But a worker saw me and brought me a new pair without me asking. I love this place and will continue to come here.
Great staff, diverse amount of sushi. Sushi was also very good. The waiter was amazing and the sushi chef was great as well. Didnt even give me a hard time wearing my Florida Gator hoodie. 10/10 if I am in Plano again I'll return.

RIP to one of the best sushi conveyors around. Better than the chains, better than the sit down "proper" restaurants.They'll be missed for sure. Made for a cool date night.
