Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen offers a mixed experience. While the Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad was good, the service was slow, with a multitasking waiter. Another visit was more positive, with fast and delicious food served by a polite server. A particular server with a pink iPhone in his pocket stood out for exceptional customer service, even comping a meal. Despite some hiccups, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen seems to offer a decent dining experience with room for improvement in service.
