“Classic Texas beer joint nestled in Port Neches. The owner is very welcoming and nice, excellent jukebox and very nice people. A little bit off the beaten path if you're from out of town but just use your GPS it's not too hard to find. I would definitely recommend this place for an out-of-town visitor or a local resident.“

“I had grilled shrimp tacos. One of my shrimp was not peeled. Shell on. I had already taken a bite and was chewing when I discovered this. I put that bite in my napkin. Knowing I have UC if I had swallowed it I would have ended up in the ER. After having pointed this out to the waitress she removed the grilled shrimp from our bill.Great restaurant. Very busy. Not enough wait staff...“
“I came on a Tuesday so I didn’t expect it to be busy.. I didn’t expect much at all honestly. It was super slow and like 8 people in there. However, the food was bussing and my bartend Natasha was making the drinks like someone kidnapped her and said she better get it right! She was Fye! She made my whole experience pleasant.“

“I have been to the Texas Rose Saloon many times over the years. My husband plays in local bands, and the Rose is the place to be to hear any of our talented musicians. The bar serves beer and set ups for your favorite bottle, so YOUR personal favorite drinks will last as long as you do.PLEASE REMEMBER TO PARTY RESPONSIBLY!“
“Great Atmosphere, Great people, Great location, Didn't see any police trap's targeting pedestrians leaving, Music that make you move your hips lol, the 30yr age minimum is a great contribution to the atmosphere & considering being "formally" known by locals as "old school" meshes generation X ('9o's born) like myself smoothly!? I'll definitely be visiting when I'm home. -LT“
“Nice little tavern to go and hang out at! Staff is fast and friendly! The boudain eggrolls are fantastic! Nice place to play pool and the tables are in great condition! I only gave this place 4 stars because I'm not a smoker and smoking is allowed here but it wasn't overwhelming and tolerable.“
“I've always loved the people there. There is also enough room to find your own space as well of you don't want to be in the crowd. Bartenders are always great, drinks are priced well and they try there best to come to you. Also the best pool tables in mid county. Just don't exactly have the best play area for them.“

“I was with a party of 4, drinks were order, two of them order a tea and the other had water, one had house glass of wine, and one had a new mixed drink call Pain Killer.. it was different drink I have to say, however the food was excellent!“
“Good place to relax! Great servers, especially from Kate and Lindsey!Drink specials change daily and they frequently have free food from time to time. (Prices are already cheap anyway ?) They also have bar type food from a small menu, it gets the job done, especially with the egg rolls! The jukebox has the largest selection of music to choose from.Just an overall great place to wind down.“
