Place is always crowded, wait time is ridiculous, even if you order in the app and no one ever answers the phone there, so why even give the option to place an order over the phone in the recording? I'm guessing people are being trained and paid to tell the customer that the reason things are this way is because "...we're shorthanded..." Attitudes of the employees are less than friendly, leaving a lot to be desired and making one wonder what kind of care or procedure their order...read full review
