Came in last night after the hooks game. We were seated an hour and 15 minutes before closing. The waitress made sure to let us know she had been there all day and that she was ready to leave. We did not order entrees just apps and that upset her as well. She told us when we sat, she likes to aggressively clean her section to get people to leave. They stacked chairs next to us and wiped the booth behind me so enthusiastically it was shaking our whole table. I'm not sure why people coming in to eat upset her so much, but maybe she should look for a place to work that isn't customer facing.

The last two times I have come here as a local it has been bad. First time we left because no one even took our drink order after 15 minutes. Second time we just got appetizers since we already had dinner and were meeting a friend and our son wanted more to eat even though we feed him plenty, that boy is always hungry lol. We got this when we ordered him a second dinner (see attached picture). They didn't even try to hid the fact it was microwave food for 6 dollars. The waiter wasn't the best but you could tell he was trying hard so we left him a good tip.

Today I went to dinner at the chili grill in Portland Texas, I asked for well-done meat, and they brought it to me, burnt and half-done, the waitress took it so they could cook it better, and terrible because she brought me the same one, but burnt and cooked a little, you have to put it on low heat so that it cooks inside without burning on the outside, which is fatal
