My husband heard about this place while visiting Lubbock. He sat next to the owners son, who told him about El Aguacalientes. We pulled up to the drive-thru and the owner was reading his Bible. To say that interaction made my heart happy is an understatement. And oh my, that was an AMAZING barbacoa taco!
Great food. Burritos are large made fresh and taste great. Barbacoa is best in town. Service is a little slow but that's because he makes everything fresh to order and that why they are so good. A little quaint drive thru location very good attitude and atmosphere.
