You will see windmills on the property as he has a love of windmills his previous generations built and maintained windmills. He is also responsible for moving the strawberry festival to its current location years ago. That story is absolutely amazing! The winery building is a one of a kind. Every where you look there is antiques which each one has their own story and Mr. Collums knows them all. The wine is the best in Texas and they oldest winery in Texas.
