“I can't tell u how much I love this place!!!!! There is a large staff of enthusiastic, smiling artisans working in view, just behind a short glass wall w good music playing & wonderful light pouring in. My cashier was so passionate about all the various creations. The choices of pastries is glorious and it's almost impossible to choose from. I spent a little time deciding between the Vegetarian Mushroom & Goat Cheese Quiche (deep dish) and the Winter Citrus Pastry w Yuzu Pastry cream in the middle. I got the Winter Citrus Pastry. It was perfect, unique and artistic. I will be back weekly for sure.“

“In an area surrounded by fast food and large chains, this family own bakery and deli is a delight. We got the chicken patty, minestrone soup, and a brownie bit, all homemade with love. It was a perfect quick meal, without resorting to fast food. Owner was super kind as well.“
“I had a cake made by Sweet Art for a 1st birthday party. They did an absolutely incredible job of recreating a cake from a photo we found on Pinterest. It was absolute perfection and the lemon cake with raspberry filling was amazing. I can't say enough about this bakery and the owner! First rate customer service and attention to detail!“

In my past experiences, gluten & dairy free cakes tend to be dry and have a grainy texture - but that's definitely not the case with Sugar Land Gluten Free. This cake was moist and delicious with a wonderful texture - we could not tell the difference vs a typical flour/dairy cake.It really made my wife's birthday and the kids absolutely loved it. “We used Michelle and Hands on Design Cakes for our wedding cake. We called her about six months in advance, Michelle bakes from home so she fills up quickly. The weekend after we called her she prepared a sampler of cupcakes of each of her flavors and fillings for us to take home and try with our families. We loved that we could take it home opposed to try on site because then we could share it with others and when cake tasting it often starts to blend together trying so many flavors. We liked being able to space things out.Michelle was helpful in designing our cake, she was willing to think outside the box to meet our design goals. Her prices were by far the most competitive that we found. Her website says she does not deliver, but she did deliver ours for $50--I think it depends on the order and the volume of cakes she is making that weekend. I suggest booking her early.Sometimes it takes her a bit to respond to emails, remember she runs this business on her own, this is not a corporate shop so keep that in mind.“

“These are the best donuts. My kids love donuts so we've tried all the places around us and these are the ones we come back to every time. I love the tiny apple fritters and the small cinnamon rolls. They have regular sized also. I'll add that I do t like donuts. I'm not a fan of them, but I can eat a donut from here.“
“Ok... honest review. I tried the steak torta first and it was ok... it was a lot of bread and not a lot of meat. Chicken taco almost tasted reheated. Steak tacos were great... but the absolute wow at this place was the PASTOR TACOS! I eat tacos a lot and love trying new places and items. At my very first bite, I said "wow!" ... and then I ordered 5 more to eat later. Great people. The only real negative is the grill is closed on Monday. But when we drove by the sign said open, so we busted a u turn, all excited, parked went in with smiles. And was told only the bakery was open, dreams crished..lol... but seriously go try their pastor tacos... game changing!“
