“The cakes Francine created for my daughter’s Dec 9 wedding were exquisite!! The detail she puts into her work surpassed what I even imagined! The bridal cake captured the essence of our venue beautifully and I think the grooms cake speaks for itself!! Francine gave us so many delicious options to choose from at our tasting that we had to choose our favorites for each layer and guests raved about how moist and delicious both cakes were! She was a joy to work with every step of the way w reasonable pricing too.“
“First things first… the cupcakes are VERY good! The cake part is moist and perfect. Icing is sweet (as it should be) and different flavors were outstanding.It’s a cute little place that was clean and had some little gifts and trinkets.They were selling homemade dog cupcakes I got the four pack for around $6. One dog LOVED them… actually ate all four cause the other one didn’t care for them lol.Down side…. Ridiculously expensive. I get that 12 specialty cupcakes would be costly, but perhaps a little too much so.“
“This review is not for their always impeccable product delivery and customer service but this one is especially for how they took an adverse situation and turned it around by delivering an exceptional experience (unlike a very famous food chain a few nights ago).I had ordered cookies and ice cream for a milestone celebration and my estimate based on the order details was that package would be delivered between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm last week on Thursday. I left for work knowing that it will be received by my wife so I didn't have to worry about ice cream melting away in Texas sun during the immense heat. When I didn't get a text till late afternoon from my wife and I pulled in to the drive way, my jaw dropped because the tiff's Treats bag was enjoying Texas sun and had been doing so for last few hours. I called the location and Bree answered. I shared with her for what happened. She found the order after empathizing and apologizing, shared that it was Door Dash delivery person who just left at the door despite the instructions of the order for delivering it to my wife. Before I could say something, she said "Let me make it up to you!"This is where she got me. I was thinking what would she do since the ice cream was gone and cookies were just ok now. As I listened to her do her magic, she told me that she is putting in a fresh order of the same items ordered earlier in the day for no charge to be delivered by their staff at the earlier. She then said "and to add to that for you experience earlier, I will also add $15 to your number for you to use on your next visit". She further added that though this couldn't bring back the experience I had, she hoped that this would go some distance in us staying with them as customers. Shortly after, we had our ordered delivered by one of the staff members.Now this is what customer experience is. You make a mistake which wasn't even in your hands but since your brand name is impacted, the individual I spoke with took ownership of this situation and turned a gone customer around. All she did was, pre-empt the solution instead of asking me what I wanted which at that point, I was just ready to never go back again.Whoever Bree is at that location, she needs some hardcore recognition for the way she handled this situation and locked us in as customers for this location. This interaction was a prime example of Customer Experience done right...“
“So this bakery was an absolute lifesaver!! I actually ordered a birthday cake from a local grocery store a week in advance and they called me the day before I was scheduled to pick it up saying they didn't have the design. Ugh! So I placed an order online for a cake with the same design at the bakery in the Prosper Walmart and they definitely delivered!!! The cake was even ready 4 hours early!!! The design actually turned out a lot better than the other store and it was delicious!!! Thank you so much for coming through and doing such an awesome job on such short notice!!!“
“I ordered a coconut cream pie for my mom’s birthday. I was never a fan of coconut cream pie because the ones I’ve had in the past lacked flavor. I’m happy to say that Moonbeam has made me a fan! My mom loved the pie as well and told me it was just like the coconut cream pie she had as a child. We will definitely be returning to try the other flavors!“
“These are BY FAR the best cookies in Frisco. Their regular chocolate chip, which they always have, is so chocolatey and buttery and rich! Completely stuffed with chips... they don't skimp on anything! I'm totally addicted to them, and look forward to trying all the new delicious flavors each week. I buy a pack and leave them on the kitchen counter, with a little knife, at home so we all can slice off a little piece at a time. We get to taste them all and have the perfect little bite of heaven whenever we want. My family starts begging me to get more when they start to run out. These are a must have!“
“I felt like a drug deal was going down as I said,"Get me two from the back." What was I referring to? Their almond croissants that had been completely sold out when I visited a day prior. I know it makes no sense that I was on my way to the gym, but let's just say this is cheat day worthy. The ambiance of this establishment would benefit from wide plank wood paneling flooring to give it that real Parisian vibe. Right now, it's just a concrete pick-up and go space. Seating is on the right side but sparse. The clerk is sweet and had sympathy when offering options or checking in the back for items I wanted to order. I love how they have a great balance of savory and sweet pastries. The portions are large. Almond croissant had a flaky crust and soft dense inside. There was some aftertaste from the scent in the bakery itself. It's not bad but I'm not sure if it's an extract they add to the pastry itself. This place works with limited quantities so when something is sold out....it's gone. I just think if they see a need for slightly more inventory they should bake more. I was here at 8:00am and the almond croissants weren't on the floor?! Clearly, patrons are dashing to get this daily. Thank you sweet employee who thought to fetch more from the back!“
“What a lovely little place that offers such great service, wonderful coffee, and delicious doughnuts! We stopped in before the eclipse madness and took our goodies home. The crème brûlée doughnut, apple fritter, pistachio matcha, and fig mascarpone were all fantastic!! If I lived in Dallas I would be fatter than already am since I would stop here at least weekly. My dad got an espresso, daughter got an iced golden lavender latte, and I got an iced caramel macchiato—all excellent.“
