We RV around the country and have experienced many bbq places. I have to say Bigbo Sherms is by far the best brisket I have ever ate. So moist and tender you can cut it with a fork.
tl;dr: Tasty BBQ al fresco in a friendly country setting.I had a real estate photo shoot over by Navarro Mills Lake, and as I always like to support local restaurants, I researched and decided to stop by Big Bo Sherm's BBQ after the job. It's over towards the dam on 667, I blew right past it the first time around. Went to the dam to have a look, they have a nice beach over there, lots of people swimming.Came back and parked in the one spot there. It's a little food trailer next...read full review

Imagine stopping in to see your favorite uncle except he also serves you great barbecue. Sherm is a southern gentleman and a nice guy. Great experience stopping on our way to Austin, highly
