“What a delight! A quaint cafe with delicious food - breakfast & lunch served all day.My 7 and 10 year olds had pancakes & gobbled them up, as well as the scrambled eggs & bacon. The chocolate chip pancakes had the right ratio of sweet!My husband and I had cheeseburgers & hit just the right spot with the soft bun making it even tastier! Onion rings were banging!Worth the stop & low supporting a local business!Look out for the daily specials, yummm!”

“I wanted breakfast but we were too late so we opted for the Fern in the Wild due to its high ratings. Well it did not disappoint! We had the Chicken salad Sandwich and the Artichoke dip. Wow!! Fresh, homemade and delicious! The chips that came with the sandwich were paper thin and freshly fried. NOT greasy but perfect!! There is too much to say about this place, the atmosphere and the town in small town USA to mention in a post! I encourage anyone who is visiting the Dallas area and looking for a cool and Immersion experience to stop here. WOW!!!”

“Coffee and food are amazing! Best coffee around. Only down side is the small and medium are the exact same size but the medium cost like $.75 more. In this picture the ice coffee was a small and the hot coffee was a medium for reference. So, just get the small. Lol.”

“We ordered the smothered burritos and carnita tacos.. we enjoyed the tacos..the corn tortillas were really good and the meat was very nicely shredded and taco was gilles with meat. The salsas were tasty too we liked the red one Because it has more spice to it. Only thing I wish they would do is provide more salsa.we ordered ten tacos and only got one of each salsa. The limes were cut super small. Other than those minor things that I hope they address.. the carnita tacos were really good.not too greasy.perfect amnt of carne and burritos were good and extremely smothered in the cheese which wasn't a bad thing just needed MORE SALSA! I TOOK PICS AFTER WE DUG IN.. ILL STILL POST.”

“Service was great - met the owner Ron and gave us some history on opening up a Polish restaurant. Atmosphere was very nice. Polish pastries and Polish beer would be a hit to add on to the menu. We had pierogi - very big and good, polish sausage was good and the potato pancake with side of cucumber salad was a delight.”

“This place was perfect! Best wagyu steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The rib was soft and juicy. The mixed drinks were great. We live an hour and a half away, but we'll for sure be back.”

“I eat here every time I pass thru Ennis which is about twice a month and it is always a good experience with good food. Yesterday however was not so good. The service was great and the atmosphere is always pleasant but the food this time was not what it usually is. I ordered a 3 meat plate with brisket, sausage and ribs beans and potato salad and a large kool-aid. You would have thought the food would have been fresh because I ordered early morning about 10am. Well the best thing on the plate was the sausage because the ribs were like bite size(very small and thin) with hardly any meat as well as the brisket (very small pieces). The potato salad looked like it was day old and the beans were dry. I put my plate in the fridge and didn’t check it until I got to Louisiana which was only 3 and a half hours away. The kool aid (which I consumed rite away) tasted watered down like they were trying to stretch it. Overall it was a neglected plate to me for the money I spent. I will definitely go back because again the food taste great but I will check my plate the next time.”

“I am new to town and needed a night out, a break from unpacking. I went to Clyde's solo and was feeling a bit uncomfortable until tenders Rebecca and Kyle made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Rebecca shared tips about places to go and things to do in the area, and as the night progressed, she even took the time to introduce me to several other patrons. The drinks were good, and just what I needed that night! There were two guys playing guitars and singing, and that was very nice. I very much enjoy the vibe that comes with live music being played. “I had the pleasure to try Green Arrow today while at the Poultry Trade Days. I had the pumpkin spice cold brew with a soft top and it was AMAZING. I worry some coffee shops will be too sweet (ahem Starbucks and Dutch Brothers) but it was perfect. The cold brew had great flavor.and the cinnamon roll was divine. If you ever decide to bottle the cold brew to sell in bulk, I'd be happy to test that out!”

“Braum's has delicious ice cream treats. Scoops are very generous. Banana split is more than enough for 2 people with a chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry scoop, three different toppings, nuts, whipped cream and cherries. It's my husband's favorite. I like the peppermint and chocolate almond flavors of ice cream.”
