I like how this location is laid out. It's like a loft with exposed brick. Great music and cool staff. My kid wanted super chix from next door and I wanted a sub so we ate our food together here. The city line area is beautiful too.

My experience with Jimmy John's it has always been good. Except for the past two visits bread was not fresh I called and let them know but they really did not care much about it. I asked if I could speak with a manager and I was told manager not available both times. 👎👎
Not a friendly staff at all. Had to bag my own food. Never have I been some where with the lack of interest to service a guess. Should have never stepped foot in this place.

I place an order online and it stated that it didn't go through but when i checked my account it was pending for $10.31 I called the store and the manager stated that the order did not go through and I need to call my bank, i asked for number to corporate office and manager stated NO! i order from this store all the time, but this will be my last time at any JJ

The delivery is very fast! Great service when you didn't bring lunch. Sandwiches are a bit pricey but it's worth it to get your food here quick

Theodore at City Line Jimmy John's was freaky awesome!!!!! I called him to complain about another jimmy johns and why the online system generated that specific one as my location for delivery. He looked me up and said he can actually deliver it and was very nice, got everything right and he understood and empathized just like everyone who works in the service industry should, but don't. Thank you so much Theodore.
