Manager at this location is very rude and ill-mannered. We placed an order which they messed up and was not able to fix it. Since I used my points to place an order, I couldn't do anything. Just try to stay away from this location. Manger have no etiquette to speak to the customers.

Very bad place Monica who says she is a manager did not want to give me corporate number after I ask very nice and I do tell her the customer service is horrible and she goes to tell me that I should order somewhere else I would like for someone to get back to me about this why y’all have people working in your store, saying their managers and refusing a corporate number and she is very rude please go back and look at video you’ll should not have people like working for Pizza Hut we all have bad day u get it but I order my food at 7pm for delivery and I had to come out and get my at 10pm at night not good at a.

I came to this location 37mins before closing and I saw a woman making a fresh pizza and guy said he wasn't taking anymore orders but also said we already done making pizzas for the night like bro she is barely making one now I left there and made it to cicis and guess what they close at the same time as pizza hut does and they took my order. And that guy at pizza hut was like extremely rude. I will not be coming back to this location someone was ready to drink while others are trying to get dinner for his family thanks pizza hut!!!!

Ordered their new chocolate donuts but apparently they were out of stock so the employees decided subbing that for chicken was perfectly okay since they were the same price... instead of just giving me a refund for that item. Then when I called about the wrong item she told me it was subbed, got mad when I said I didn't want chicken - I just wanted my money back, and then hung up on me.
Great pizza and when there is a sale, it is a pretty good price.

The place is nasty I usually order with no problems. Walked in to pick up my order. First off all it stinks like like old mop water when you walk in. I walked to the counter the young Mexican girl. Was scratching her nose. Had on flip flops. Not professional at all. The. She walked to the back to get my pizza after scratching her nose. Did not wash her hands. My pizza was wrong I told her I did not want that y’all are nasty. Will not recommend this beltline location I will be calling BBB. As well. She was very rude and nasty. Dealing with other people food.

This time the app didn’t work, neither did the website. So I called the store directly. It rang for a while and then went to the advertising stuff. Kept telling me that someone would be with me momentarily. While on hold, I drove to the store walked in to find no customers and the two employees just sitting looking at their phones. Ridiculous!
