Ordered our pizza. They gave it away to someone else. Um what?! Ok so..said they would make another one. Well ok considering it's paid for already and you gave it to someone else. Asked about a discount. Nope. No discount but they will remake it. You give a pizza to wrong people and no discount? Nothing but hey we will remake it. It'll be ready In10 minutes. Was not ready in 10 minutes. Approx 1 1/2 hours after ordering the original pizza we get to take a bite and no thank you....read full review
In the last hour till their closing, they are only available for online orders placed to be picked up. The cashier sees me at the door and walks off instead of just saying that. I had to sit in my car and call to find out that information. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Ordered their new chocolate donuts but apparently they were out of stock so the employees decided subbing that for chicken was perfectly okay since they were the same price... instead of just giving me a refund for that item. Then when I called about the wrong item she told me it was subbed, got mad when I said I didn't want chicken - I just wanted my money back, and then hung up on me.
