The presentation of the food is bland, and the taste likewise. I would recommend saving your money.Starbucks would be wise to add flavor to their food and maybe even freshness.I usually get a flat white but at this location, they practically just pour milk into it, you understand why that's a problem.They appear to be overstaffed, and not very skilled at making the drinks.This location has quickly become a fail.
There was a lady that wore a black shirt and no apron who took my order. She was very rude and yelled at me telling me there was no more oat milk which I was fine with, just not the way she handled it. She then forgot my order and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I’ve already waited a while for. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. When I asked her to make my order light ice, she said they don’t do that. When I asked her something about a coupon, she didn’t answer and just responded saying scan the app. I asked her again to clarify, and she still didn’t answer my question. They weren’t busy, there was no customer except me. Worst service ever.
