Best paella in the metroplex! Service was amazing! They arrived on time, and the paella was ready exactly at the time it was planned for. Chef was really knowledgeable and explained each part of the paella, and it was cooked to perfection. Every loved it! We will definitely be using them again for future events!
Absolutely the best paellas I've had on this side of the pond (and beyond)! We contacted Adan after reading some of the previous customer's reviews, and from the time we spoke I knew he was the right choice. This is someone that knows exactly how paellas in Valencia are supposed to look and taste: from the right produce to use (bachoqueta!!) to the right way to cook it (that "socarrat"!!).
