I made an online order for Valentines day. I went to pick it up, and I wanted a single cookie for myself. I was informed that on Valentines day, they would not sell individual cookies. You had to buy a whole box. Very poor business attempting to take advantage of their customers.

I visited Tiff's Treats in my neighborhood and the customer service was superb. As a member, I had a 25% off anniversary promo online only via email that the manager allowed me to use in store. I was very happy about this and the fact that these cookies are always fresh and absolutely delicious, made my day! Thank you Tiff's Treats!

pickup was good and fastbut i am extremely disappointment and unhappy with my orderI host a small gathering but the cookies we purchased were seems dry and unnecessarily hard, they are likely to be stale. The general rule of fresh cookies is that they should be soft with a gooey texture and non of them were fresh and my guest agree

Third time is not the charm I guess. This is my 3rd time ordering this year at this location and the cookies are raw, not soft but raw. Today I had cookies delivered and they were sticking and melted on the sheets separating the layers and when I tried to get them out of the box they fell apart in my hand. The insides were tacky and gummy. I let them sit to see if they would firm up and the edges slightly firmed up but the centers were still raw and falling apart— the bottoms and edges aren’t brown either. It’s disappointing when I don’t remember the cookies being this way years ago.

Great experience. Cookies were really well done, place seemed a little deserted, took a little bit for somebody to come up to the front to help me. However, overall the experience was great and was able to celebrate a work anniversary.

2nd Experience:You'll see my first 1 star experience below, but I need to give credit to Tiff's. They offered to remake my order and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. I ordered 6 lemon and 6 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they came in 2 separate boxes and they were laid out so each cookie came out separately. They were delicious and not under baked like yesterday. Not sure why they put 12 cookies in one box yesterday but hopefully that doesn't happen again. Thanks for the yummy cookies and good customer service.Original Experience:We moved from Plano over 8 years ago but every time we come back we'd go to Tiff's at the older location on Campbell & 75. We ordered from the Renner location today and were disappointed that the standards have dropped from what we remembered. Firstly, the cookies seem smaller in size and a lot worse value for the $20+ price. The box was much smaller and so that threw me and because of that, they stacked the warm cookies on top of each other slightly. When I got home, they were stuck together where they overlapped and so I had lemon rocky road, pumpkin red velvet etc. They were also on the verge of being under baked. Maybe I was unlucky this time but needless to say I'm not in a hurry to return.
I get a treat every year from my financial planning office. It's always good! Delivery today was almost like a chocolate chip brownie ?. Delicious and a treat on my birthday!

This review is for the service. I don't understand the attitudes of people...especially younger persons. This little boy had the worst! I enjoy cookies and on my cheat day all I want is several warm cookies from tiff's. Well this will be the last trip. I refuse to give my money to a place that employs such rude people as this. I will just have to bake them myself or find another spot. Peace out tiff's! And the little boy with the dark long hair and glasses...be thankful you have a job and breath in your body.

I want to extremely give praise and a HUGE SHOUT OUT to this location!I placed an order for delivery to the wrong address earlier today. Me thinking, my fault, oh well nothing will be done and left it alone. ( this has never happen to me ) Someone got free cookies on me. About two hrs later, I received a phone call from Brandon. He stated the cookies were delivered to a wrong address and asked if there is another address to be given, so the cookies would be delivered. Wait what??! Can I say WOW, ASTONISHING, MAGNIFICENT, customer service this location provided. I was NOT expecting for anyone to go above and beyond to get my cookies delivered to the correct address.THANK YOU Brandon at this location for calling me to get an updated address and THANK YOU to the driver(s) whoopsie for driving twice! Seriously, this has been by FAR the best customer service ever!!! THANK YOU TEAM !!!!! #staycool
