“I had an excellent experience at Charlie’s Cheesesteak, and a huge reason why was Alberto. I explained that I couldn’t eat food that had been cooked on the same surface as the bacon and Philly cheesesteak, and Alberto immediately understood my concern. He was incredibly patient, cleaned the cooking area, and made sure my meal was prepared properly.

He truly made me feel at home, and that level of customer service means a lot. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make a customer feel comfortable and valued.

I highly recommend this location, and if you stop by, ask for Alberto—he’ll take great care of you.

“We had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, beef and chicken shawarma, and classic burger - it was all SO good! I had the coffee too which I wasn't super into, but the food was amazing. We went around 6.30 pm, so it wasn't too crowded - service was fast, everyone was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommended. Hopefully next time we're in town we'll try the desserts, they looked delicious!“
