Slow service. 3 employees working and waited 15 minutes to get someone to come to the front. Had to yell to the back for someone to come up. Why make a hot and ready and you still have to wait. Manager (brown hair lady) or whoever she is yelling at the one employee (a black man). How are you the manager and not backing up your employees. Don't support this business who treats employees bad.

I waited 2 hrs for two pizzas, it was suppose to be ready at 7:30 and I’m still here waiting at 8:30 with other people in front. Never coming again. Manager can’t even take cash because this isn’t even his store ? Whoever is in charge needa be fired

Super slow service and no customer service experience at all. People working are not even coming out the kitchen to talk to their customers waiting around. Do not expect your order to be ready when they tell you over the phone or online.The pizza is made sloppy. Half of it is just crust. I’ve tried their Detroit style pizza and would never get it again because the dough was barely cooked. We had to throw it away.Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered several cheese pizzas 2 days in advance for my daughter’s birthday party at school and the store was NEVER opened for pickup. Lights off, doors locked, and nobody at the front. Other customers eventually showed up outside the store waiting as well.Why say the store is open at 10:30am and let me order the pizza at that time? Manager or owner should have called or reached out to say they couldn’t do the order if they were not even going to open their store on-time.Now I have a class full of little kids that missed out on a pizza party ruined by this location at 7909 W Grand Parkway, Suite 220. Never coming back! I’m still waiting for my refund.They need to re-train everyone at this location on how to operate an actual functioning business. This location let me and a bunch of hungry kids down.

Ordered DoorDash at 5:30pm with an ETA of 30 minutes. At 6:30pm my dasher messages me apologizing for the wait letting me know he’s been waiting at the store for the order for the last hour, along with a bunch of people. Finally at about 6:45 my dasher finally gets my order, which was just one basic large pepperoni pizza.Second time a situation like this happens at this location.

I don’t know what happened or why I would have to to wait 45 mins for an order. This is not an authentic pizza place - I was told 15 mins and I waited 45. No apology. Nothing other people where waiting for 20 or more minutes when I left so they’re on the journey to 45 mins.

Two starts only for the courage that place is still open. Management is rude, guys working there need better training. It’s not the first time I’m giving a review about that place. Pizza either not fully cooked (Hawaii pizza), either it’s over cooked (burned). Let’s be honest they need better work. I’ve been ordering from here for years just because it’s convenient, close to the house, I have to do better as well, instead of waisting time for bed reviews, I’ll find better option but not going back there.

I ordered food through the app at lunch time on a Saturday. When I went to pick up the food, the store was closed! I was shocked that they would not be open during lunch on a Saturday and yet they still allowed me to order through the app. No one ever answers the phone to give me my money back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don't waste your time with this place.
