This is the second time I have got a pizza from this store that literally stinks. Cant tell of the smell os from wasyes cheese or the toppings?

Terrible service. I order pick up Al the time. Half the time they never come to the drive through pick up window so I have to go inside got my pick up order. They told me the drive through bell is broken but it’s been months. I don’t think they have any plans to fix it.The did us give but the service is terrible.

Ordered online picked up within 20 minutes. Everything was cold , cheese was congealed. I was definitely OLD precooked pizza. Cheese bread wasn’t even cut and the extra sauce I requested was not provided. Won’t be back to this location again. Westheimer parkway was great last time. Waste of $40.

Extremely poor service. I was waiting for 20 minutes in drive though window. An employee was inside but did not look at window. I honk my car, still she did not look at window. After a while another employee came. I honk again, still he did not look at window. Highly frustrated I then move out of drive through and parked my car and then walked inside when it was heavily raining.

Ordered Pizza Hut after a long break and it was later than promised by a lot and almost cold. Tried again a few days ago and got money back. App said it was on the way and 45 minutes later he arrived almost cold again. Wish we could pick a different location that could deliver to us. Disappointed since I grew up with Pizza Hut since the 70’s. Loved my thin and crispy. Oh well.

The worst Pizza Hut pizza and service I have ever had! The manager won't even get on the phone to speak with me. The order was confirmed at 5:46pm, then out for delivery at 6:10pm, I live 3 miles away - it arrived at 6:57pm. It was so cold... and tasted awful!

Ordered from Pizza Hut for a comedy night – got more laughs than I bargained for. The 2-liter drink must have moonwalked away, the extra cheese on the pizza played hide and seek, and the cinnamon sticks looked like they auditioned for 'Soggy on Ice.' If disappointment were a topping, Pizza Hut just invented a whole new category. Two stars for the unintended comedy, 0 stars for dinner. Maybe next time, they'll deliver the goods and not a punchline, but I doubt it.
These guys have delivered my pizza late in several occasions. Management does not seem to do anything about this.

The last 3 times I have ordered for delivery I’ve received a phone call saying they only have 1 driver and delivery will be over an hour. The manager refuses to recruit more drivers despite them being unable to handle deliveries efficiently. Reported them to the main customer service number - let’s see if it makes any difference - if not then I’ll be switching to another pizza chain.

Pizza came out quick. Staff awesome/polite. Only complaint I have for this place, the store is insanely hot. I walked in to order pizza for my kids and it felt worse inside than outside(105 degrees). We felt really bad for the employees working there. Owner if you read any reviews, maybe you should fix this.
