Ordered my pizza over an hour and a half ago and pizza still hasn't shown up. Called and spoke to the manager and all he says is there's nothing he can do. I always have problems here

Ordered pizza with curbside delivery. Time given to pickup was 20 minutes. Website said to park in front and put window down. It asks for vehicle type and color. There were two other customers waiting for food. Both ended up going inside to get service and I finally did the same. Lady said I was suppose to call and let them know I was there. My wait time was over 40 minutes. Cold pizza with soggy crust. Should have stayed with Dominos.

COVID or not pizza delivery is supposed to be pizza huts thing, there were many more non covid related problems when i finally got my very late delivery. First COVID issue i clearly marked contactless delivery but the deliveryman pushed the boxes in my face practically in my apartment. Secondly the round like boxes were smashed almost flat the pizza and wings were cold. It's definitely put me off pizza hut but if you must definitely avoid this one.

They have always delivered everything I ordered and never made any mistakes. Their delivery is dependable and fast. Try their new heart pizza... the kids loved it because of the fun shape.

This is the worst customer service location. I ordered pizza online and i called store to check my order status after 1 hour and 30 mins and the person answered said its still in making and gave us a huge attitude. Also talk to manager and he said I can cancel your order or just wait....That is so rude to tell the customer after 1 hour and 30 mins wait time. the estimated delivery time online was 55 mins and its been already 35 mins over....Too bad customer service. Worst location with all attitude staff.

This place is garbage. It's Pizza Hut...order said it was ready. I come in and the front desk lady takes 10 min to show her face only to tell me it's not ready without even looking. Two other people in front of me have their own issues as well. This location is nothing but a headache. I'd rather eat raw uncooked pizza than deal with the staff and issues that this place has. 0 stars. Never coming back...

I have never had a problem with them till the last two weeks. First time my order came all messed up, they apologized and gave me credit for two more pizzas next time. We used it yesterday by calling and ordered Hawaii and cheese pizza. Pizza comes and it has bell peppers, I called to ask and the lady was rude as hell from the beginning, I called again and she answered (again) and asked to speak with someone else just to get more attitude from her and not wanting me to talk with someone else. Then the other person gives me a slight attitude but he's not as bad and explains to me that in the last 5 years he has worked there, that's how a Hawaii pizza has always been made and who ever took the order over the phone said it, but NEGATIVE. That woman obviously hates her job and didn't say a Hawaii pizza comes with bell peppers which is gross! I doubled checked and yes, THAT location sells Hawaii pizza like that, all others are normal. But the attitude from that staff was far from necessary when I'm only calling to check, not even to get another pizza or refund. I'm so going back to ordering from the other location and picking it up myself even though is further

This location deserve no stars, they only got a star because I desperately need to get this off of my chest. Horrible customer service and delivery methods. I placed an order online and never received my order. Not once but 4 times this has happened. I've only received my order once and that was from me going to the restaurant to pick it up after being hung up on because the employee couldn't handle a high call volume. Why have an option to deliver if it's too difficult for them to make it happen. I shouldn't have to always pick up in fear of me not receiving my order. Miscommunication between the store and their driver is the main issue. When placing my order this last time I told the employee my apartment number along with an address as well as the proper gate code to enter the complex. What does the driver do? Call me once instead of following the directions given. I wasn't by my phone so the driver waited 8 minutes and went back to the restaurant. I waited two hours just to not receive my order. I've called corporate after the 3rd time this has happened and I was told that the franchise manager was going to call me. That was at the beginning of this year and still nothing. I'm almost 30 years old and have been eating Pizza Hut all of my life. Sad to say that my experience with you guys (at least this location) is over. I did this review to give someone else a heads up because clearly they don't care about their customers. If you order online do not pay with card. Thank God theirs a Center Court not too far.

We have ordered from this Pizza Hutt 3 times and only once has the order been correct. We order on-line and pick up in the store. The first time: order correct but horrible customer service. The second time: they flip flopped our orders and gave the wrong crust and size to the wrong pizzas. The third (and final) time: They did not give us our wing order. When we went back to pick it up they gave us the wrong wings. We will never return to this Pizza Hutt and can only hope they get their s*** together. I haven't seen a single "good" review!

This place is just horrible period. I had placed an online order and when I got there around 9 to pick up my order the door was locked but I know that they weren't supposed to be closed. There were employees inside and I had made eye contact with one and they just turned around as if he didn't see me. Already frustrated I walked back to my car to make a phone call and he and another employee just stood by the register and stared me down but didn't even make an effort to see if I needed assistance. I had called around 9:30pm and someone picked up and I had asked them if they were closed, and they said they were soon. I had told him the situation and he put on hold to see what happened. Already frustrated I drove off and he finally picked up the phone again and told me to come pick up my food after I had already arrived home. This place has absolute horrible service and I would not recommend this place at all!

I wish I could give this location zero stars but let me tell you why... Tonight I am super bummed. I have been looking forward to trying the new ultimate cheesey stuffed crust pizza for awhile now and decided tonight was the night I'd splurge and order one. This pizza has been continuously advertised and promoted via just about every outlet, yet when my pizza arrived to my house the delivery guy told me the kitchen was unable to make the ultimate cheesey stuffed crust pizza and just gave me regular cheese stuffed crust pizza instead. I am not sure if this is just a location being lazy or if there is not been enough effective training but I was very disappointed. Not to mention I paid $20 for a pizza that wasn't even made the way I wanted it. It blows my mind that this new pizza is literally advertised everywhere but these cooks didn't know how to make it? Like what... I'm baffled and completely disappointed because like I stated previously I was very excited to try this new pizza. I hope that maybe one day I will find a location that can make me the ultimate cheesey stuff crust pizza I wanted. Thanks for listening
