Owsom authentic Mexican food ? combined with a great atmosphere, historic old pictures, wonderful service at a fair price, $machacado tacos x $2.50, ni en Camargo.Check out this old picture with a small building serving as a court, notary public office and beer saloon. In this 1939 Cafe, you learn while enjoying ? delicious ? meals.
We stopped here while visiting family and loved this place! The food tastes homemade with quality ingredients. What's even better are the prices. We had a coffee, 2 tacos, one breakfast special, one bowl of oatmeal, toast and an omelet for $23.78. The location is in the historic part of Rio Grande City, so there's lots of interesting old buildings in a walking distance. This is definitely one of our favorite home town spots now.
